In 2006, Jesse James fulfilled one of his life-long dreams opening a hip, family-friendly, old-school burger joint next to his shop in Long Beach, called, Cisco Burger (named after his beloved Pit Bull, "Cisco").The cool thing is that despite the old-school theme, Cisco Burger is actually a modern, eco-friendly, green restaurant! They use real plates and silverware for dine-in orders, and biodegradable paper products for take outs. The majority of their electricity comes from solar power, and they puprosely do not have a drive-thru window to cut down on car-idling pollution. Best of all, if you order delivery, it comes to your house via hybrid!
